1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Christian Reinhold ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit https://supercristiano.com or use any of our related services.
We take privacy seriously. We collect only the data we need, work primarily with European service providers that meet high data protection standards, and we don't sell your information to anyone. If you have any questions about this policy, you can reach us anytime at info@supercristiano.com.
2. Who We Are

Email: info@supercristiano.com
We are based in Germany and provide consulting and educational services to non-profit organizations and public sector clients internationally, including in the United States and Canada.
3. What Information We Collect
We collect personal information in three ways:
You give it to us directly. When you sign up for our newsletter, complete our self-assessment questionnaire, book a consultation, or contact us by email, you share information like your name, email address, organization, and the content of your message.
We collect it automatically when you visit our website. This includes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and timestamps. This information helps us run the website securely and reliably.
We receive it from third-party services. When you use our embedded scheduling tool (cal.com), that service may share booking-related information with us, such as the time of your meeting and any notes you've added.
We do not purchase data about you from third parties, and we do not combine your information with data from other sources to build profiles.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- To deliver services you've requested — sending you the newsletter course, processing questionnaire submissions, scheduling consultations, responding to your messages
- To communicate with you — about your account, our services, or relevant updates
- To improve our services — by analyzing aggregated, non-personal usage patterns
- To meet legal obligations — such as keeping records required by tax law
- To protect our website — preventing fraud, abuse, and security incidents
We will never sell your personal information, share it with advertisers, or use it for purposes other than those described in this policy.
5. Your Rights
Regardless of where you live, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate information
- Deletion — ask us to delete your information, subject to legal retention requirements
- Portability — receive your information in a machine-readable format
- Opt-out — unsubscribe from our newsletter or marketing communications at any time
To exercise any of these rights, simply email us at info@supercristiano.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
If You're a California Resident (CCPA / CPRA)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you also have:
- The right to know what personal information we collect, use, share, or sell about you
- The right to delete personal information collected from you
- The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do not sell or share your information)
- The right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights
To submit a CCPA request, email us at the address above.
If You're in Canada (PIPEDA)
You have the right to access and correct your personal information held by us. You can also withdraw consent for the use of your information at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions. If you have concerns that we cannot resolve, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at https://www.priv.gc.ca.
If You're in the European Union or United Kingdom
In addition to the rights listed above, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Our designated supervisory authority is:
The State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Rhineland-Palatinate, Hintere Bleiche 34, Mainz, Germany — www.datenschutz.rlp.de
6. How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain personal information only for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or to meet legal obligations.
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe
- Questionnaire submissions: typically up to 24 months, after which they are deleted unless you've engaged us for continued consultation
- Consultation contacts: up to 7 years (to comply with German tax and commercial record-keeping requirements)
- Website logs: typically 30–90 days
You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing us.
7. Cookies and Tracking
only essential cookies required for the website to function — for example, to remember your language preference or to maintain your session.
We do not use:
- Tracking cookies
- Advertising cookies
- Cross-site tracking
- Third-party marketing pixels
Because we don't use any cookies that require consent under most jurisdictions, you won't see a cookie banner on our site. You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies at any time without affecting the functionality of our site significantly.
8. Service Providers We Use
We work with carefully chosen service providers to operate our website and services. We've signed data protection agreements with all of them.
Website Hosting — Vercel (USA)
Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA , USA). When you visit our site, technical data such as your IP address and browser type is automatically transmitted to Vercel's servers, which may be located in the United States. This is necessary for the website to work. See: https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Content Management — Sanity (Norway/USA)
We use Sanity (Sanity AS, Henrik Ibsens gate 100, 0255 Oslo, Norway) to manage the content on our site. Sanity does not collect data about regular website visitors. See: https://www.sanity.io/legal/privacy.
Database — Supabase (EU hosting, USA company)
We use Supabase Inc. (970 Toa Payoh North #07-04, Singapore 318992) to store data such as newsletter sign-ups and questionnaire responses. We've configured Supabase with EU-based hosting (Frankfurt, Germany) so your data primarily stays in Europe. See: https://supabase.com/privacy.
Email and Newsletter — Brevo (France, EU)
We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 7 Rue de Madrid, Paris, France) to send transactional emails (such as confirmation messages) and our newsletter. Brevo processes data exclusively on EU-based servers — this is a deliberate choice on our part for stronger privacy protection. See: https://www.brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy/.
Scheduling — cal.com (USA)
For booking consultation appointments, we use cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., 2261 Market Street #4242, San Francisco, CA , USA). When you book a meeting, the information you enter (name, email, time, optional notes) is processed by cal.com. See: https://cal.com/privacy.
9. International Data Transfers
We are based in Germany, and some of our service providers are located in the United States, Canada, or other countries. When data is transferred outside your country of residence, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place — typically through contractual data protection agreements (such as the EU's Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers from Europe).
If you have specific concerns about how your data is transferred internationally, please contact us at info@supercristiano.com, and we'll be happy to walk you through the details.
10. Newsletter and Email Course
Our website offers a free 7-day newsletter course as well as an ongoing newsletter for non-profit and public-sector communicators.
How signup works
Signing up requires two confirmations: first you provide your name and email through our signup form, then you'll receive a confirmation email and need to click the link inside to complete your subscription. This double opt-in is our standard practice — it protects you from being signed up by someone else and ensures every subscriber genuinely wants to receive our content.
What we track
Our newsletter emails contain tracking pixels and click tracking, which let us see whether emails are opened and which links are clicked. We use this information solely to improve the relevance of our content. We do not build behavioral profiles or share this data with anyone.
How to unsubscribe
Every email we send contains an unsubscribe link in the footer. One click is enough to stop all future emails from us. You can also email us directly to request removal.
CASL Compliance for Canadian Subscribers
For Canadian residents, our double-opt-in process meets the consent requirements of Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You can withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us.
11. Self-Assessment Questionnaire
We offer an interactive self-assessment questionnaire that helps you evaluate the current state of your email and newsletter system. After completing it, you receive a visual summary of your strengths and areas for improvement, along with a confirmation email.
What we collect
Your name, email address, optionally your organization, your answers to the questions, and the calculated assessment results.
How we use this information
To deliver your assessment to you and, in aggregated form, to improve our consulting services. If your assessment indicates that personalized 1:1 consultation could be helpful, we may include relevant suggestions in your results email.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months. You can request deletion earlier by emailing us.
12. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:
- TLS encryption (HTTPS) for all website traffic
- Encrypted data transmission between server and browser
- Multi-factor authentication for internal access
- Data processing agreements with all service providers
- Data minimization — we collect only what we need
- Regular security reviews and updates
- Hashing of IP addresses where retention is needed
No system can guarantee absolute security, but we work continuously to keep your information safe.
13. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for professionals working in non-profit organizations and public-sector roles. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we'll delete it.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. The most recent version will always be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes, we'll notify subscribers via email when feasible.
